We understand Returns are not the most pleasant experience so we would like to make it as simple as possible. If it doesn’t fit or if it just doesn’t meet your expectations, please contact us to return your unwanted and unused item within 30 days for an exchange or refund.
While we love to provide 100% customer satisfaction, an excessive amount of returns within a 12-month period will result in rejecting your orders.
If the item has been used/damaged or the original packaging has been damaged, there will be 15% restocking fee.
All refunds will be credited back to your original method of payment.
If you're not satisfied with your purchase, return the eligible product(s) in new and unworn condition in the original packaging for a full refund in accordance with our returns policy. We do not refund the original shipping fees, however.
All product packaging and certificates of authenticity, grading, and appraisal must be returned with the product. Any product(s) returned without original documentation will be rejected. Any product(s) that have been resized, damaged or otherwise altered after delivery will not be accepted for return.
Eligible product(s) must be returned using a trackable shipping method.
We will process your return and issue a full refund with no deduction for return shipping after receiving your return of the eligible product(s). If your return is not a result of our error, we will not refund the original shipping fees. If you return product(s) that are ineligible for free returns with product(s) that are eligible for free returns, we may deduct the shipping costs for the ineligible products(s) from your refund amount in accordance with our general returns policy. In addition, some special product, order, or handling fees may still apply.
To return an item, please request via email(firstname.lastname@example.org) a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and we will provide the return shipping label for your convenience.
* We cannot provide the return shipping label for international orders.
** For used or damaged product returns, the customer is responsible for the return shipping.
The exchange process is the same as the return process. Please request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and specify the product you would like it to be exchanged with. As soon as we receive the returned item, we will ship out the replacement product.
Please note that exchanges are always subject to availability. If you are worried that the item might be sold out, placing a new order is preferred instead of going through the exchange process.
